Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Guests frequently praise the spacious and clean rooms, with comfortable beds and a "pillow menu" being a notable perk. The hotel's location behind the Buenos Aires shopping street offers a quiet environment while remaining close to shops, restaurants, and metro, making it easy to reach the Duomo and the central railway station. Sublime Stay Close to Buenos Aires Road

decent window plush pillows quiet location

The window in my beautiful double or twin room was of a decent size, and it opened. The choice of pillows available reminded me of a real luxury. The hotel's location just behind Buenos Aires road was a bonus, as it ensured the area remained quiet, although many restaurants and shops are really close.

Balanced stay

helpful staff convenient location quiet room small room basic toiletries poor soundproofing

The front desk staff provided excellent service. I found them helpful and accommodating. The location is convenient for accessing transport links. The room was also quiet.

The room was smaller than what I expected from the images. The toiletries provided were quite basic. The walls are not soundproofed, somewhat disruptive.

the location was divine. it was near many shops and restaurants. the metro was close . the staff was kind , always ready to help.

the room i got was not as booked. it was much smaller than advertised , a letdown. the bathroom made HORRIBLE noises with the plumbing , very annoying. the shower was IN a bathtub , which was not ideal.
